2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Implement Secure Boot functionality for the customer-provisioned RHCOS worker nodes in ROSA clusters.

Secure Boot is confirmed disabled on ROSA worker nodes, indicating non-UEFI/Secure Boot configured instances.
