HCP Kubevirt, add support for additionalNetworks of type SR-IOV

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

When deploying Hosted Control Plane worker nodes using the NodePool CRD, it is possible to add additionalNetworks from available network-attachment-definitions on the hosting cluster.

Currently the resulting libvirt network type is set to bridge: {} when adding additional networks.

The idea of this request is to be able to support libvirt network type sriov: {} in addition to bridge: {}

The customer would like to be able to use separate NICs for workloads in order to enhance resilience and performance of the workload.
