Feedback button for docs that allows people to provide documentation feedback and bugs easliy.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Our documentation has been receiving a lot of complaints from customers while working support cases, some have requested a way to share feedback easily. Just like our ask.redhat.com having a thumbs up or thumbs down section for answers our documentation should have something similar.
