      1. Proposed title of this feature request

-> Possibility to restore a VM from snapshot while the VM is in running
      state.

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

-> Tested OpenShift Virtualization to compare it with VMware, where the VMs are currently deployed, and since a migration from VMware to OpenShift Virtualization is required, an important difference was observed. In VMware, it is possible to restore a VM from a snapshot while the VM is in a running state. In OpenShift Virtualization, however, restoring a VM from a snapshot requires the VM to be stopped before the restore can proceed.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

-> To reduce downtime for the vm which are running with business critical workloads.

      4. List any affected packages or components.

-> VM deployed on Openshift Virtualization.
