OpenShift Virtualization Documentation for Windows VMs does not include configuration steps or procedures on how to enable Hyper-V enlightenments for Windows Guests.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Hyper-V enlightenment significantly improve the performance of Windows VMs in OpenShift Virtualization. Our RHEL KVM documentation has highlighted them for some time
