Quota setting for a repo in a organisation
What is the nature and description of the request?
Allow to set quotas at repository level as well along with organisation.
Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Having multiple teams in a single organization and one team uses most capacity (about 80%) in the organization. Cu would like to restrict their usage by setting a Quota in a repository so that they can force them to do some clean up before pushing new test images.
