Split X-Forwarded- headers management at route level
2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Currently, there is an annotation at route level, used to manage X-Forwarded- headers:

`haproxy.router.openshift.io/set-forwarded-headers: `

The config in this annotation will impact three headers:

• X-Forwarded-Host
• X-Forwarded-For
• X-Forwarded-Proto

There are scenarios where different behavior may be needed for each of the headers, so it would be nice to add an annotation for each.
