RFE: Tune ingress-gateway terminationDrainDuration and readinessProbe.failureThreshold

What is the nature and description of the request?

Current OSSM values for 1) terminationDrainDuration and 2) readinessProbe.failureThreshold doesn´t have appropriate values and cause service disruption 1) on existing connections when the proxy is restarted and 2) on new connections when the proxy is unavailable

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Current settings don´t provide the expected availability for an ingress. The behaviour is a regression from HA proxy settings.
