Enable 'oc' client to support grant types

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

For the watsonx.data installation - there are a number of scripts, manifests, etc that are packaged into a container that is provided with the cpd-cli.  To properly support setting up of external auth with the addition of another OIDC client (which has device auth on).  The current 'oc' does not support specifying the --grant-type=device-code option (or any --grant-type option).

The installation would be more efficient if 'oc login --exec-plugin oc-oidc' would support providing grant types.
