As per the documentation [1], the feature "Reassigning an OAuth access token" is available in the Quay operator and offline Quay, but the same feature is not available in quay.io.

I am writing to report an issue regarding a feature request from one of our customers. They are using quay.io and would like to use the "Reassigning an OAuth access token" feature, which is currently not available.
