Edit scrape and evaluation intervals for monitoring a resource

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
I belong to OpenShift on IBM Z team. I have Watson team running their software stack on OCP on IBM Z. As part of performance evaluation of this entire stack, we figured out OpenShift monitoring is consuming good amount of resource.
While this has been brought to my attention - I feel product team (watson team) can do certain optimisations. I was planning to suggest following to them: # Reduce the time duration for which metrics are kept to 3 days

1. Increase Scrape interval to 60s
2. Increase Evaluation interval to 120s

But editing scrape and evaluation intervals is yet not supported.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

To reduce CPU, memory utilisation

4. List any affected packages or components.
