1. Proposed title of this feature request
Ability to display/hide graphs by clicking each individual items in the legends  

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Currently, graphs available Openshift WebConsole->Observe->Dashboards have legends. However, the ability to click individual legends to display graph only for the selected legend item isn't available. This feature will help increase readability and tends to be more user friendly. The feature was available in Grafana dashboards which were deprecated in OCP 4.10

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
This feature will help increase readability and tends to be more user friendly. For graphs with more than 10+ legend items, this will immensely help read the exact usage values with ease.
