Node Feature Discovery Operator namespace (openshift-nfd) should be captured fully in must-gather
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
With a standard must-gather core CRs (pods, service, ...) are captured for optional namespaces / operators. That is e.g. OpenShift Data Foundation (in openshift-storage), MetalLB (in metallb-system). However the core resources for the Node Feature Discovery Operator and corresponding namespace `openshift-nfd` are not captured when this operator is present.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Inconvenient support experience, because the `openshift-nfd` namespace needs to be captured separately in case of issues. This is becoming a bigger problem as more and more GPUs are used. 
For customers with a more restrictive data upload towards Red Hat this is even more inconvenient.
