Allow the usage of an architecture flag when mirroring images with oc-mirror.

A customer is looking to mirror only specific architectures of images when using oc-mirror to mirror images to a local registry.

Limitations of quay as well as a desire to only mirror specific image architectures to be used to reduce the amount of total mirroring that is required.
