French version of Openshift documentation

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
MCN "Ministère de la Cybersécurité et du Numérique" who are managing the IT for Quebec ministeries are asking to have a french version of the Openshift Documentation.

Currrenlty as shown on the attached screenshot, ils not possible to have a french documentation even if we change the language to French under "Select your Language"

3. Why does the customer need this?
MCN "Ministère de la Cybersécurité et du Numérique" is based in Quebec and French is the official language in Quebec
