Provide a way to configure Reports via GitOps

1. What is the nature and description of the request?

Vulnerability-Reports are currently manually configured in the GUI or via API. We ask them to be configurable with GitOps.

1. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

The Customer is currently using GitOps to provide any Infrastructure to their onboarded services. This includes Clusters, Namespaces and therelike across several environments (dev, qa, prod).. They also want to provide each onboarded application with the reporting functionality and access in RHACS. 

As a Platform Administrator I want to provide all my Configuration via GitOps, so I can have my change-workflows in git and leave a audit-trail.
