Support PVC for scanner-v4-indexer for tmp-volume

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

The scanner-v4-indexer tmp-volume is currently an emptyDir which, depending on what is being scanned and the size of the node, can impact node stability if too much disk space is consumed.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

An option to configure a PVC for the indexer to control local disk usage.
