Old Multus certs in /etc/cni/multus/certs/ in ocp nodes doesn't gets cleaned after rotation

Old Multus certs in /etc/cni/multus/certs/ in ocp nodes doesn't gets cleaned after rotation

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

The only problem is that rotated certs are not deleted and eventually them may fill up the disk.
