      Business Problem:

Today, customers use Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security primarily through the Security Team. The UI Console provides many filters, insights, and reporting options (e.g., inactive images, age filter, filter by specific CVE, filter by deployment count, and more) that are not available in the CSV export functionality.

In many customer scenarios, there is a need to export specific or narrow vulnerability reports for development teams. Using the entire vulnerability CSV export and extending the filtering manually with third-party tools is a huge pain point, especially in large environments.

      Use Cases:

Security teams require the ability to quickly share filtered CSV or similar reports (e.g., inactive images, specific CVEs, images older than X days) directly with developers using the UI Console vision and filter capabilities.

      Key Functionality:

CSV export capability available in the User Interface Console vulnerability management and risk sections/pages.

      Benefits:

      • No need for manual CSV manipulation or third-party tools.
      • Security teams can quickly generate precise reports tailored for developers.
      • Align UI and CSV functionality for a seamless experience.
      • Easier handling of large environments with focused reports.
