1. Proposed title of this feature request

Need documentation for converting a hosted cluster installed on Openshift Virtualization from connected to disconnected cluster.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

A standalone Openshift cluster can be converted from connected to disconnected. But, there is no documentation available for converting hosted cluster from connected to disconnected. 

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customer's who have installed their hosted cluster in connected environment, but want to convert the cluster to a disconnected cluster.
