1. Proposed title of this feature request

Inject Trusted CA into Cert-manager operator as a default.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

The customer expects that trusted Cluster CAs (applied on RHOCP nodes) should also be available/injected into the cert-manager operator by default, eliminating the need to specify them manually through additional steps. 

3. Why does the customer need this?

• Remove unwanted steps.
• Fewer headaches for managing  CA certificate for cert-manager.
