List available images in registry along with size and its consumer

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

"oc adm prune" provides flexibility to remove images from registry but listing the images along with its size and consumers is not available. Having this functionality will provide more flexibility for user to perform housekeeping of image registry more efficiently.

Quickly isolating which images are using up a lot of space and finding associated consumers will help in taking actions promptly.
