Add Column For Node Pool in OCP Console

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Add an additional column in the web UI to page https://console-openshift-console.apps.$CLUSTER.example.com/k8s/cluster/core~v1~Node that has the HCP node pool name. The label key hypershift.openshift.io/nodePool on each node can be used to get the HCP node pool name. Want to be able to sort nodes on this UI page based on the node pool name.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

When draining nodes or doing other node maintenance activities on a ROSA HCP cluster it is helpful to be able to quickly view which node pool a node is associated with and also to be able to sort nodes by node pool name.
