1. Proposed title of this feature request
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
The customer would like to use a custom logo for their Red Hat Quay deployment running on a disconnected OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) cluster. Currently, logos must be replaced inside /static/img, which is not persistent, not upgrade-safe, and requires manual intervention.
The request is to enhance the Quay Operator so that it can mount a user-provided ConfigMap (or similar mechanism) as a logo transporter, allowing customers to define their own branding/logo in a supported and upgrade-friendly way.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
They have disconnected set up and they can not use URL option
4. List any affected packages or components.
