      1. Proposed title of this feature request
Publish oc and other openshift cli tools available for windows in winget repository
      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
In the enterprise software development world, windows OS market share is non neglectable.
In order to streamline the adoption of OpenShift and reduce the friction of installing, keeping up to date, and using cli tools on Windows, would be better if Red Hat would personally take care of keeping up to date the `oc` version published on winget repo.
        Is a very easy task:
        https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/pull/292268/commits/956c82e35b0fc45829b1bbc0f26540dde4e7945c
      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
To make it easier to install and be immediately proactive with OpenShift cli tools on Windows.
The current modus is terribly manual and error prone:
        https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.19/html/cli_tools/openshift-cli-oc#cli-installing-cli_cli-developer-commands
By taking care of keeping updated the `oc` versions on winget, is just a matter of: winget install --id RedHat.OpenShift-Client
      4. List any affected packages or components.
This can be eventually extended to `kn`, `tkn`, `shp` and ALL cli tools RH release for Windows, here https://console.redhat.com/openshift/downloads
