When using the BYOK feature of OpenShift Lightspeed, customers may be bringing a wide variety of documents and content. Currently, the system prompt is fairly restrictive with the topics it will allow for questions. There should be some kind of configuration lever for an admin to add additional allowed topics.

As an example, if a document includes contact information for the owner of a microservice, and the question "Who is the team lead for X?" is asked, it is frequently rejected.
