To generate Must-gather without cluster-admin privilege

2 Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customer is trying to perform must-gather automation via automation tools and have seek security clearance for this activity. However, security team has concerns in using cluster-admin privilege to perform must-gather has high risk due to it being able to be abused and perform other critical tasks that may affect the clusters. Expectation is to get a roles (in .yaml and steps) to have all the necessary ‘view’ privilege-only for must-gather?
