1. Proposed title of this feature request
Documentation for Node Replacement during Control Plane Node Failure
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
This feature request is related to RFE-6515[1], where a functional enhancement was requested. However, this RFE specifically asks for the creation of an official Red Hat procedure before the enhancement in RFE-6515 is delivered.
[1]https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RFE-6515
One of the most important Day-2 operations is the replacement of a Control Plane node, which varies depending on the installation type (IPI/UPI/AI/ABI).
Currently, there is no documented procedure for Control Plane node replacement in ABI installations.
There are already instructions created by a Red Hat associate, which can be used as a basis. We would like to request that an official Red Hat procedure be created based on this:

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
For customers who have built their RHOCP clusters using the ABI installation method — for example, due to not having access to BMC — there is currently no official Red Hat documentation available for control plane node replacement.
4. List any affected packages or components.
