2. What is the nature and description of the request?

oc-mirror tool should do an md5/sha check of the mirror.tar file after it is moved to the disconnected environment before extracting any contents and/or pushing any images. If any indescrepencies are found the oc-mirror tool should exit without extracting anything and print to the command line an appropriate and descriptive error message

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

The customer needs to know if the mirror.tar was corrupted during the transfer process so that they do not think the oc-mirror tool is broken when it fails to hydrate the mirror registry in the disconnected environment. This will allow the customer to either recreate the mirror.tar file and/or repeat the transfer process to bring in an intact file.
