Currently, super users in Quay are defined by the SUPER_USERS list in Quay's config.yaml file. Super user permissions can also be delegated to specific users via the LDAP filter, if internal auth mechanism is set to LDAP. We don't have a similar capability for OIDC. We'd like to add the ability to provide super user permissions to Quay users based on their group membership, if possible.
