1. Proposed title of this feature request
Allow user to disable the cache registry when using oc-mirror v2 d2m process
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
This would be a flag for the oc-mirror CLI like "--disable-cache-registry" during the d2m process.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
The majority of customers using oc-mirror are not yet at the stage of using enclave support. The cache directory/registry created when running the d2m workflow adds another replica of the container data to the total storage requirements and increases the time it takes for oc-mirror to push images to a registry during the d2m process. By allowing customers to disable the cache registry during d2m, i.e disabling enclave support, the customer will save significant time and storage space for the vast majority of their use cases.
4. List any affected packages or components.
