Proposed title of this feature request

Partner requesting for Red Hat to support and/or provide certification workflow for 3rd Party COSI drive

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

HPE has product that utilizes COSI and HPE is asking if they can deliver their driver as a certified Helm chart instead of an Helm chart packaged as an Operator for OpenShift.

They are also requesting an E2E test suite to validate COSI as we currently test with CSI
