      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Enabled autoSizingReserved by default. Slack discussion

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

autoSizingReserved is available today as an opt-in ("enable if needed") feature in the MachineConfig API.

The request of this RFE is to enable this option by default for all clusters.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

We have many (TBD, gathering data) clusters which are running out of reserved system capacity, this is putting those clusters at risk fi they are run under high memory pressure.

Thus the request is in order to protect nodes by default.

Why auto sizing is needed is explained in the auto sizing configuration (i.e. adjusting to specific node size).

      4. List any affected packages or components.

      MachineConfig, RHCOS ?
