Hello, I'm the PM for the Developer Sandbox and we're incrementally rolling out OLS to our users. We would like to request that a user who does not have access to OLS yet can not see the button. 
Currently the flow is as shown below, where they get an error. For us, that means that 99% of our users think that OLS doesn't work - a pretty poor trial experience . Better for them not to know what they're missing than just think its broken!
