Red Hat build of OpenTelemetry - Additions

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
There are additional exporters and processors that are not included in the Red Hat's distribution. 

Please add the following to Red Hat's distribution

• github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib/exporter/googlecloudexporter

• github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib/processor/metricstransformprocessor

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Customer has a use case to:

• send metrics to google cloud platform with workload identity
• need the ability to transform/rename metric names

Customer has to build custom images for their needs
