1. Proposed title of this feature request

Customer wants to monitor his OPenshift Dedicated (OSD) usage through a dashboard in subscription watch with the variant "OSD Annual" because he has  purchased annual OSD subscriptions. 

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Customer wants to track usage of his OSD Annual subscriptions using below steps.

a. Go to subscriptions usage for openshift : https://console.redhat.com/subscriptions/usage/openshift

Currently, customer is able to check the  his prepaid OCP subscriptions usage(for example,Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform Standard (2 Cores or 4 vCPUs)) with the view "Container Platform (Annual)" Variant (Core Usage view mainly)

Customer  would like the same dahsboard or view for his  prepaid OSD subscriptions(for example , like Red Hat OpenShift Dedicated Worker Node on Customer Cloud Subscription (4 vcpu)MW01370F3) with a new variant like  "OSD (Annual)"

This variant should show  "Current Monthly instances" + "Current subscriptions" tabs at the bottom and track the OSD Annual subscriptions and clusters using that subscription in these tabs similar to what we can see in Screenshot-forROSA with HCP variant.png

The need is to have the possibility to monitor Customer's OSD usage through a dashboard with the variant "OSD Annual" because he purchased annual subscriptions.
