For HCP we want to understand a sizing requirements and procedure .
there are multiple etcd backup pod run in respective connected cluster namespace, hence want to understand what is the standard
follow for HCP Infra etcd backup.

important to take periodic backup of etcd and for correct planning the customer need to know sizing recommendation and procedure
