Correct the token to reflect the FQDN.

      1. Proposed title of this feature request:
      We are able to spin up the HCP cluster with https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPSTRAT-1516 now. Cluster API address" and "kubeconfig" now show the correct FQDN, however the web UI form to copy the token still has the IP address though.

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
      It should show the FQDN & not the IP address.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
      This is not causing any downtime or any business loss, rather this is request to make the enhancement into the product. It is confusing if we see the IP address rather than the FQDN, also it creates the impression that again custom certs are not allowed, which is sorted in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPSTRAT-1516.
