OCP Logging Docs need more detailed information on CLF filter types for logging v6.x

Provide more detailed information and examples on configuration of the filter types for the Cluster Log Forwarder yaml file.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Current documentation does not provide sufficient details for configuring filter types that can be created, in particular a parse filter.
