1. Proposed title of this feature request
Customer is having inability to manage their ROSA HCP cluster fleet in an expedient manner, as they have to wait on RH support to look into their HCP instances and share what they're seeing.
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
To figure out if it is possible to enhance ROSA HCP cluster visibility from customer's perspective.
Visibility into logs of integral components, (e.g. CAPA controller, Cluster AutoScaler) will help customer respond quicker on their end and be self sufficient as much as possible.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
As per customer's TAM suggestion, there is a product enhancement on the road map to allow customers to forward logs from the control plane components to their own log storage/aggregation systems. This would give customer's visibility into what is happening with various control plane components.
This is tracked in Jira ticket https://issues.redhat.com/browse/XCMSTRAT-1080#.
Therefore, TAM suggested to open a Red Hat support case as an RFE then TAM can link the support case to the Jira ticket, so this feature is officially tracked for customer (State Farm).
4. List any affected packages or components.
