      1. Proposed title of this feature request
      -> Re-add Favoriting Resources from Search

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
      -> In older OCP versions, you could search for a resource and click "Add to Navigation." (e.g., https://access.redhat.com/solutions/7034725) In OCP 4.19, when searching for a resource type, no such option appears to add to "Favorites". Only the search page itself can be added to favorites.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
      -> This is needed to quickly access commonly-frequented resources without having to manually search for the resource again and again. Also would enable being able to switch between managing different resource types without having to do new search queries every time.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
      -> OCP consoleĀ
