Support Redisstream trigger for KEDA in Custom Metrics Autoscaler

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Customer evaluating the Custom Metrics Autoscaler (CMA) in OpenShift and they want to switch from keda to CMA as they want to get benefits from the built in operator. They noticed that it supports only a small subset of the triggers available in upstream KEDA.
Customer mentions that redis-stream are highly used by their tenants and it is not supported by the CMA.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

To ensure continuity and feature parity with what KEDA currently offers, they would like the Cluster Metrics Autoscaler (CMA) to support postgressql, Redisstream and Metrcis-api triggers. This would allow us to maintain the same flexibility and scaling capabilities within the built-in operator framework.
For  postgressql and Metrcis-api, there are already RFE present.
