MicroShift cluster 2 cluster communication 

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

MicroShift clusters need to be able to communicate to other clusters. Either to be able to call home (to a central mmgt site), or with a neighbor cluster (e.g. for active/active HA setup of multiple clusters).
In OpenShift land, there are several options to achieve this:

• submariner with L3 connectivity
• skupper with L7 connectivity

At least one of those options should be supported on MicroShift.

Enable advanced uses cases and avoid the need of external connectivity solutions

MicroShift
