Requesting CMO add support for the node-exporter 'ethtool' collector.  It does not appear this is available in the NodeExporterCollectorConfig today. 

The immediate use case for this request is to allow monitoring of AWS ENA specific metrics to help provide insight into throttled interfaces and dropped packets...
