-> Need to collect must-gather from the Windows host without relying on Cwrsync.

-> Request support for the oc adm must-gather tool to either automatically detect when cwRsync is not available on Windows and seamlessly fallback to tar, or to provide a clear alternative that does not require installing third-party software like cwRsync, which may not be feasible due to enterprise software restrictions.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
-> In the current environment, installation of external tools like cwRsync on Windows machines is restricted by internal IT policies and requires security, compliance, maintenance (In case if installed) and approval workflows. This significantly delays critical debugging and support actions. The ability to collect must-gather data using built-in or fallback mechanisms (like tar) would greatly improve supportability and responsiveness during production issues.
