1. Proposed title of this feature request
   An option to create NAD in Networking section over console.

1.  What is the nature and description of the request?
   By default we do have an option to create NAD over console with following steps

LOGIN TO CONSOLE --> Administration --> CustomeResourceDefination --> networkAttachmentDefination --> Instance --> Create CustomResourceDefinition
This feature enhancement requests to have the same option to create NAD as follows:

LOGIN TO CONSOLE --> Networking --> networkAttachmentDefination 

We do get this when we install OpenShift virtualization operator.
