Avoid Infinite replica creation when the "SMT Alignment Error" appears

As explained in OCPBUGS-56710, when SMT Alignement error happens, pods go into unknown state, and the scheduler creates infinit amount of pods

This issue leads to hundreds of pods, and may cause a disruption
