Clarify support status of using GUAs for IPv6 and dual-stack OpenShift clusters

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Our documentation doesn't clarify if using ULAs is fully required for OpenShift IPv6 pod and service network. I could also not find any test case using GUAs. So we need to clarify the support status of using GUAs as pod and service network, including doing any extra testing required for that.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customer is required to use GUAs in all the networks, regardless of them being internal and the presence of NATs for outgoing traffic.
