Creation of a monitoring routine (dashboard, ansible playbook or other automated script) that checks the expiration period of the Azure app registration secret.

Routine should run daily and, when service principal is close to expiration, renew the secret  and add the new azure_credentials secret value to the OpenShift cluster in the kube_system namespace.
