Expose UDN Object during creation as yaml and enable the OpenShift UI Sidebar

What is the nature and description of the request?

One of the advantages of the UDN on using just the NAD is the UDN being a kubernetes object versus the NAD having embedded json configuration. The OpenShift UI Sidebar provides a very useful interface to see what configurations are possible for an object. It would be quite useful to have the UDN's field also exposed via the sidebar.

      Why:

This is not a direct customer ask; it comes from an observation during a recent demo with a customer. While it is not too difficult to obtain the required fields from the UDN CRD definition it's far more expedient to have the option to both see it as a form and yaml.

UDN Creation: No direct way to know what fields are available

Example UI Sidebar for Deployment Object: Making it easy to find what fields are available and what they do without having to look up the UDN CRD.
